The proposed controller is based on the Generalized Predictive Control (GPC) algorithm, but it integrates the recursive least squares identification method with a variable forgetting factor to estimate at each iteration the parameters of a linear structure model used for multi-step ahead prediction. For a system with constraints on the process variables, the resulting optimization problem of GPC is solved using quadratic programming based on the Alternate Direction Method of Multipliers, which allows the control signal to be obtained with small computational effort. In order to validate the proposed algorithm an experimental case study that considers the speed control of a direct current motor and the proposed controller embedded in a microcontroller STM32F303K8T6 is presented. Experimental results use as baseline the GPC with fixed model parameters and show that the proposed fast adaptive predictive control structure is able to keep almost the same transient response for all the considered operating points of the motor, while GPC presents high oscillations at operating conditions far from the one used to obtain the nominal model. Assim, esse trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a cinética de adsorção de íons de Cu<sup>2+</sup> na cinza da casca de arroz (CCA) como adsorvente em meio aquoso. Os ensaios de adsorção foram conduzidos por sistemas em batelada e em condições predeterminadas. Para avaliar a cinética do processo adsortivo foram aplicados os modelos cinética de pseudo-primeira ordem e de pseudo-segunda ordem. These compounds were bioassayed to evaluate their bacterial effect against Gram-positive (</span><span lang="EN-US">Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and Gram-negative (Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium) microorganisms. Dimeric and monomeric compounds were characterized by infrared in solid state. Metallic centers having penta-, hexa-, and heptacoordination were identified by multinuclear NMR (<sup>1</sup>H, <sup>13</sup>C and <sup>119</sup>Sn) in solution. The di- and triorganotin(IV) derivatives were also investigated by conductimetric measurements in methanol, elemental analysis and melting point. Diante disso o objetivo deste trabalho é realizar uma revisão literária para apresentar como ocorrem a aplicação e tratamentos aplicados as fibras naturais, especificamente a de bambu, para fins industriais. V600E-BRAF protein has lot potential for scientific investigation as the therapeutic target owing to its participation in melanoma cancer and is the molecular target of many anticancer compounds like quinolinylaminopyrimidines (QAP) derivatives. In this research, interactions of QAP derivatives with V600E-BRAF kinase were modeled and predicted using molecular docking simulation approach with the help of Autodock vina version 4.0 of Pyrx software. The molecular docking simulation result of this research shows that QAP6 (−11.7 kcalmol<sup>-1</sup>) best inhibit V600E-BRAF when compared with other QAP analogous within the dataset and was found to be better than the standard V600E-BRAF inhibitor vemurafenib (-11.3 kcalmol<sup>-1</sup>). This compound (QAP6) were further used in designing novel and potent V600E-BRAF inhibitors by attaching substituents to the quinoline ring of the compound. Moreover, the two newly designed inhibitors N1 and N2 with a binding energy of −12.7 kcalmol<sup>-1</sup> and –12.9 kcalmol<sup>-1</sup> respectively were found to be more potent than the parent structure QAP6 (−11.7 kcalmol<sup>-1</sup>) and the standard V600E-BRAF inhibitor vemurafenib (-11.3 kcalmol<sup>-1</sup>). Thus; this study provides a valuable approach and new direction to novel drug discovery. Density Functional Theory (DFT) using B3LYP/6-31G* quantum chemical calculation method was used to find the optimized geometry of the studied compounds. Eight types of molecular descriptors were used to find out the relation between antipeptic ulcer (APU) activity and structural properties. Relevant molecular descriptors were selected by Genetic Function Algorithms (GFA). The best model obtained was given a distinct validated, good and robust statistical parameters which include; square correlation coefficient R<sup>2</sup> value of (0.9989), adjusted determination coefficient, R<sup>2</sup>adj value of (0.9984), Leave one out cross validation determination coefficient Q<sup>2</sup> value of (0.9948) and external validation as predicted determination coefficient R<sup>2</sup> value of(0.8409). Dessa forma, o presente estudo tem o objetivo de averiguar, por meio dos métodos numéricos de diferenças finitas e capacitância global, o processo de resfriamento de uma beterraba cozida, estabelecendo o tempo após o qual o alimento atingiria a temperatura de 60 ºC e estaria, assim, suscetível a contaminação. Após o cozimento do legume em questão, foram mensuradas as temperaturas em pontos de suas faces para intervalos de tempo preestabelecidos. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que, antes mesmo das aferições em tempos futuros, já existiam pontos na superfície às temperaturas de 52,9 e 56,6 ºC, indicando que o método utilizado não foi satisfatório para a análise inicialmente proposta.</em></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> 2019-12-20T00:00:00-02:00 Copyright (c) 2019 The Journal of Engineering and Exact Sciences
