Abstract: The purpose of this article is to determine the contribution of the Mandalla Project into guiving meaning and significance to the work of the familyfarmer. It consists of a descriptive exploratory study, qualitative, through analysis of reports, videos and interviews. The results indicate that the Mandalla Projectis a Social Innovation that enhances the pleasure in work, as they increase the sense of belonging of rural workers, their social relations and the perception ofsignificance of their work, helping to prevent their migration to urban centers while strengthening family agriculturePalavras-Chave: Social Innovation, Pleasure at Work, Suffering at WorkDownloads
