This article aims to verify the importance of knowledge management in the organization, as well as the influence of the management of people for organizational learning. The completion of this study made use of bibliographic material, information of the company and research and interpretation of data taken. However, formally it is an analysis of quantitative data based on achieving specific objectives formalized, followed by an interview that allows to compare responses with the ones from informants addressed in research. Immediately the problem under study was proved, the company concerned actually fully works on knowledge management, when people receive training and pass the knowledge as multipliers to each other, not leaving the information singly. The findings characterize EMBASA as an organization that learns and disseminates the learning in the workplace.
