The research aimed to identify if the victims of bullying in a University commented and/or denounced the violence, and the characteristics of these actions. Because, frequently the victims don’t report and/or formalize the aggressions due to repercussions that may result and for fear of being coerced by the aggressor and others. The research was classified as descriptive, case study with a qualitative approach. The results revealed that 66,2% of victims commented the violence to their colleagues with intention to unburden and guidance. Nevertheless, 64,9% didn’t have formalized the complaints, because claimed that won’t help to resolve the situation. It was evidenced in the research the lack of structure of the institution and the unpreparedness of the managers in relation to the complaint receipt and the action to intervene and restrain the occurrence of violence.
