The present work aims to verify the correspondences between the career anchors and the organizational changes perceived in the context of the pandemic of the new coronavirus - Covid-19. It is a qualitative research with workers from multiple organizations in the public and private sectors, which was based on four perspectives of global change pointed out by Schein and Maanen (2016). The results indicate that most individuals who have experienced organizational changes in the context of Covid-19, have a type of correspondence between their career anchor and the changes that have occurred, prevailing for these professionals, an environment of opportunities.
