Abstract: This current paper analyzed the performance of the students, from the Trilingual Executive Secretariat course at the University of the State of Pará (UEPA), related to the organization of Set Hour and Executive events, conducted between 2016 and 2019. The literature review analyzed the holding of events and their execution phases, subsequently, it
managed the events promoted by the UEPA Executive Secretariat course, Set Hour and Executive. The methodological procedures of this research are exploratory-descriptive, applying a quantitative approach and field research. The data were collected by a form elaborated on the Google Forms platform. The data processing was carried out through descriptive statistic. The result of this research presented that, in both events, there was a lack or inaccuracy of information between the organizing committees, in addition to failures in communication during the implementation stages, which probably resulted in lack of motivation or lack of engagement, since not all students achieved the same performance. Therefore, this research concluded that due to the repetition of some errors in both events, it emphasizes that there is a need to improve communication among the organizers to achieve the success and reduce the failures during the holding of events in the course.
