Abstract

After the health collapse caused by COV-SARS-2 virus, telework or home office has intensified and remote secretarial work has emerged as an opportunity, especially for executive secretarial professionals. In this sense, the main purpose of this study is to evaluate the job market of professionals who work in remote secretarial work. The research approach is qualitative, descriptive in nature, and the data was collected from the application of survey questionnaire, via Google Forms. The data indicate that the profile of the professionals who work in remote secretarial services is composed of women between 30 and 40 years old, with a bachelor’s degree in executive secretarial.

Master in Administration, concentration area in Strategies and Organizations - UFPR. Doctor
in Administration. area of ​​concentration in Organizations, Management and Society -
Universidade Positivo. Has experience as an executive secretary in private companies and
has worked in higher education for over 15 years. Teaches disciplines in the area of ​​
executive secretariat, organizational strategy, innovation management, design thinking,
scientific methodology and instrumental Spanish language (She has a diploma of proficiency
in Spanish as a foreign language - D.E L:E level C2). She is a researcher on innovation
