The term "Secretariat 4.0" refers to the secretarial profession in the "Fourth Industrial Revolution," characterized by the integration of artificial intelligence into daily professional routines. To understand the socio-discursive configuration related to Secretariat 4.0, this study proposes an analysis of a lecture held during the "Primeiro Ciclo de Palestras – Secretariado 4.0". This research is the result of a year-long investigation, funded by the Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG). Specifically, our aim was to analyze the greeting speech delivered by Mr. Celestino Todesco, Chief of Staff of the Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia, Inovações e Comunicações (MCTIC), in 2019, representing Minister Marcos Pontes. Using predefined methodological parameters, the corpus was selected and transcribed. The study highlights the reinforcement of crystallized images associated with the secretarial profession and the professional, specifically categorized as female, linking these representations to naturalized social roles, such as the maternal figure ("mother") and the infantilized figure ("girls").
