Between Equity and Solidarity: Rethinking the remuneration of cooperative

This case deals with some very important themes in popular cooperatives: internal controls, payment of members, the process of decision making and technical posture of incubation. We report the case of a cooperative of young, newly established in Salvador / BA, which has the support of a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest (OSCIP) and goes through a process of incubation. In the case discussed is how the cooperative will be paid for their work and how the internal controls related to this payment can be made??. Within this perspective deserves the position of coach of incubation in relation to the issue and in relation to its own action as technician. The case works the importance of decision making, to the extent that a decision has not made ??its impact felt by the group.
