Percepções e hábitos sobre a ingestão de vinhos e benefícios à saúde

como a bebida está inserida na rotina dos consumidores?

Resumen

Se estudiaron las percepciones y hábitos de los consumidores sobre la ingesta de vino y los beneficios para la salud de la bebida. Se utilizó um cuestionario en línea, respondido por 479 consumidores de vinos finos. Se notó que el consumo semanal promedio de los encuestados era discreto (menos de una vez por semana). Se destacó el placer de degustar y la predilección por consumir vinos con amigos y familiares. Una proporción considerable de consumidores sabe que los vinos aportan beneficios para la salud. La bebida, utilizada principalmente en salsas de carne, fue mencionada por pocos participantes como una posible materia prima para cocinar. A varios participantes nunca se lês instruyó para incluir vinos em la dieta como un hábito saludable; y um porcentaje de estas personas indicó que no conocía la cantidad diaria recomendada de vinos. A los vinos espumosos se prefirieron los vinos brut y extra brut.
