Abstract

This study was done to determine the uniformity of water supplied by the central pivot irrigation systems used in coffee plantations in the northern Espirito Santo and extreme southern parts of Bahia states. The evaluation of ten systems in six municipalities was carried out using Christiansen uniformity coefficient (CUC) and the distribution uniformity coefficient (DUC). Problems in the uniformity of water application were found in 3 (30%) pivots, which were considered satisfactory, considering that pivots were evaluated after fifteen years of use.
