Q: What is the Scope of REVES?

REVES - Revista Relações Sociais - Rev. Relaç. Soc. - (Qualis: https://periodicos.ufv.br/reves/Qualis, Indexing: https://periodicos.ufv.br/reves/Indexing), eISSN 2595-4490,  is quarterly, international, scientific, and open-access journal. REVES is an open access, peer-reviewed, wide scope international journal comprising various diverse aspects of social sciences. REVES is a continuous flow publication (with 4 issues per year: No. 1 - until the end of March; No. 2 - until the end of June; N. 3 - until the end of September and N. 4 - until the end of December), whose objective is to publish unpublished works on relevant themes of Social Sciences, maintaining an interdisciplinary line, with contributions from Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science and Philosophy, as well as related areas. Multidisciplinary articles within the areas that involve these activities are welcome. REVES is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC- By 4.0). Licensees may copy, distribute, display, and make derivative works only if they cite the originally published REVES article papers. REVES is using iThenticate to prevent any form of plagiarism and ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts. Q: What is the copyright policy of REVES?

The authors retain the copyright of all their work published in REVES. All articles published in REVES are open access and license under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License, which means the manuscript is universal and free.

Q: What’s your business model for journal publishing? Why do you have publication fees?

We follow the Gold Open Access way. This means that authors publish in our journals that provide immediate open access for readers to all articles on the publisher’s website. The readers pay nothing, while authors (or their institutions or funders) pay a publishing fee to maintain the journal operation. For details, please see here:
