This study consists of characterising structured dimensions from a systematic literature review, with the aim of providing greater effectiveness in the development and application of a generic digital maturity model, in order to assist organisations in the digital transformation process through dimensions structured in accordance with the domain. The study was conducted by a Delphi process, as it allows the development of a participative methodology of collective approach with a broad group of participants from different areas of activity related to the theme addressed. As a result, it was possible to perceive the conformity of the dimensions presented regarding the digital transformation evaluation process, capable of offering an advanced and diagnostic evaluation according to the activity of each organisation to be evaluated.
