Impact of The Directory Fees in Mozambique: A Reflection on the Socio-Economic Situation: 2015 to 2016

Abstract

In recent times there has been an economic downturn at the global level, a fact that Mozambique has been the target of these recessions motivated by internal and external causes, given the global economic crisis, however in the years 2015 to 2016, it was the period of the highest peak of economic recession in Mozambique where the national economic crisis was felt stunningly,  however, it was the Central Bank to fulfill its responsibilities of controlling inflation and the Economic recession by adjusting the key rates, this time the article reflects on the Impact of key rates in Mozambique, whose objective was to understand the socio-economic impact of the Key rates in Mozambique in the period 2015 to 2016. As for the research approach, it is qualitative and the bibliographic method was used to discuss the main theses and reports of the Central Bank on the Management Rates, with regard to the structure of the Article, contexts of the management rates, context of the Mozambican economy in the period from 2015 to 2016, were approached and finally made a reflection on the Implications of the key rates implemented in the period from 2015 to 2016. The research concluded that key rates are extremely important because of the role of controlling inflation and ensuring macroeconomic stability.
