Abstract

The focus of this work is to analyze a strategy on the need of students of engineering courses to develop soft skills. Then, an analysis was made of student participation in one of the university's practical communities on the development of the competencies of a participating member. Through this comparative study of skills feedback reports, the strategy of participation in communities of practice proved to be effective in the acquisition of soft skills.
