Vol. 1 No. 1 (2020): Launch Edition

It is with great joy that we launch the first issue of the Brazilian Journal of Management and Secretarial Studies - SCRIBES!

SCRIBES was born in the Secretarial Science course at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and aims to contribute to the advancement and further development of scientific research in Secretarial Science and Organizational Studies, in Brazil and abroad.

This edition addresses topics related to the secretarial professional, such as the profession's imaginary, adaptation to the new job market and performance in the public sector; in addition to discussing corporate training and the roles of students and teachers in university education.

With that in mind, we launch SCRIBES and hope to have the support of the scientific community so that the journal effectively contributes to the dissemination and the growth of knowledge and science.
