In this article, the thermal comfort conditions of a residential complex using the EnergyPlus software are investigated through computer simulations. Analyzes of thermal loads in building systems are carried out by applying various construction materials in a 3D model of the residential, for example, the modeling is done by inserting materials with layers parallel to each other and perpendicular to the heat flow (plaster, brick , tile, slab, floor, etc). The article aims to enable the use of simulations to generate thermal comfort results for a building. The temperature levels obtained from the simulations are compared with the ideal thermal comfort conditions, thus the objective of the research was achieved, as it was possible to demonstrate, through the results obtained, the effectiveness of using the software.
